RAEC Forum Takes Place on September 12
The Forum will be held as part of Interlight Russia | Intelligent building Russia exhibition.

For the third year in a row, the Russian Association of Electrotechnical Companies takes part in the business program of the Interlight Russia exhibition | Intelligent building Russia exhibition with a Forum that brings together leading players in the electrical market.
RAEC invites representatives of manufacturers and distributors, IT professionals, sales, e-com, HR, training and marketing specialist to an open dialogue.
The first part of the Forum addresses the development of the vital artery of either any company that is set up for success or the electrical market as a whole.
The University of RAEC, industry experts in the field of distance technical training, will reveal the secrets of building an effective e-learning system and more.
The University’s portfolio includes the creation of a unique distance education system uniting large distributors and suppliers, 92 developed technical courses, among which 48 were created in collaboration with manufacturers and for them.
How can we calculate the cost-effectiveness of technical training correctly? What formats should be used? Online vs. intramural or success of their combination?
Among the participants are representatives of Training Centres and heads of HR departments of GC IEK, EKF, ABB, Lighting Technologies, S3, DKC, and RAEC companies.
Multiformat content of the University section (combination of master-classes, smart- and even battle sessions) will reveal all aspects of the discussed issues and open up the minds of participants!

In the second part of the Forum, the Head of the Centre for Nomenclature and ETIM Maya Avdonina will gather digital leaders of the electrotechnical industry to discuss issues and challenges for companies in the modern digital world.
Connecting people and companies – is the most accurate description of the work of the expert division of the Russian Association of Electrotechnical Companies. It is the Centre’s team that forms the RAEC Unified Database, globally numbering 1.5 million products and almost 800 brands, combines ERP, CRM, hearts, and more, and has been representing ETIM International in Russia since 2017.
