ABB introduced the updated DS201 RCBO series

The aim of the upgrade is to integrate seamlessly the modular System pro M compact® into the product range, to provide better compatibility with the S200 and F200 offer.

The DS201 RCBO is the recognized market leader in differential devices for industrial and commercial construction segments.

While maintaining its best electrical and mechanical performance, the revamped DS201 series provides the customers with additional benefits, such as:

• Uniform design with the System pro M compact® devices

• New cocking lever conforms to the shape, appearance, and force applied of the S200 lever

• Indicator of operation by leakage current (a blue flag appears above the cocking lever)

• Actual contact position indicator (CPI) is independent of the lever position and is located similarly to the indicator in the S200 range

• Change in the position and shape of the “Test” button, which follows the design of the button in the F200 series

• Improvement in compatibility with System pro M compact® accessories, including motor drives and bottom-mounted auxiliary contacts

• Equipment of terminals with a system of protection against incorrect installation

• Double slot for connecting conductors and bussing

• Power supply possible from above or from below

A wide range of products with 4.5 kA, 6 kA and 10 kA breaking capacity versions available for currents up to 40A, providing a complete range for all possible needs.
