RAEC and IEK GROUP executives met in Moscow
On July 29, at the initiative of the Government of Voronezh Oblast, the Union of Builders of Voronezh Oblast, four self-regulating associations in the region, and with the support of AVS-Elektro, the regional competition Voronezh Oblast Best Construction Specialist was held in the nomination Best Cable Network Electrician.
The contest takes place in the 10th, the anniversary year of the National Competition of Professional Mastery STROYMASTER. It is officially organized by NOSTROY and the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector of the Russian Federation. In 2015, the competitions reached a new level. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 5, 2015 No. 366-p, Stroymaster was included in the plan of events aimed at promoting working and engineering professions in the country.
In 2020, the contest anniversary year, the Organizational Committee approved 13 nominations, 11 of which are devoted to working specialties. This is the first time the competition is held on such a scale in the region.
In the nomination Best Cable Network Electrician, the event was held at AVS-Elektro's electrical switchboard assembly unit. This is where the contestants—electricians, representatives of 12 leading construction organizations of the region, true masters of their craft—gathered to compete for the main title of Region's Best Electrician 2020. The participants had a full program: a tour of the division, a friendly coffee break among colleagues, test questions to test their professional knowledge in the theoretical part of the competition and, of course, the practical part of the competition. Competitors had to assemble an electric board without mistakes according to the technical assignment prepared by the partner of the Contest, Voronezh College of Construction Technology. A competent Competition Commission, chaired by the Production Director of AVS-Elektro Sergey Nikolaevich Dudenkov, was unbiased and fair when evaluating the contestants' performance.
The contest winners were:
1st Place: Ilya Valeryevich Filchenko, a fifth-grade electrician at Voronezhstroyrekonstruktsiya LLC. He was awarded the high-profile title of Best Cable Network Electrician in Voronezh Oblast.
2nd Place: Evgeny Vyacheslavovich Shubin, a power grid and electrical equipment specialist at TsentrElektroMontazh LLC.
3rd Place: Roman Olegovich Simonov, an electrician at Voronezh Experimental Plant LLC.
The Chairman of the Union of Builders of Voronezh Oblast V. I. Astanin awarded the winners with Grade 1, 2, and 3 diplomas, memory cups, cash prizes (the prize fund was formed by NOSTROY and four self-regulating associations) and prizes from partner company AVS-Elektro. All participants received a Partaker Certificate and memorable gifts that they will use in their work. We thank all participants for the high level of competence!
