AWADA Recognized as the Best IT-Project of the Year

AWADA was recognized as the best IT-Project at the 3rd annual IT-Project of the Year 2018 contest held in Nizhny Novgorod. 

This is a key platform for both professionals and newcomers of the IT industry to showcase their innovative designs and have an expert evaluation.

AWADA won the first place in the "Industry" category and was named the absolute winner among 110 projects from all over Russia at the closing of the event.

AWADA is a joint venture of the VARTON company, one of the largest and most dynamic manufacturers of LED lighting systems in Russia and the CIS, and the THRONE systems company (a Skolkovo resident), a developer of an innovative 3D visualization platform for the Internet of Things market.

The main application of the product is to simplify, as much as possible, the management and control of various lighting groups, lighting devices, as well as maximum possible reduction of the energy costs and household expenses for the premises of various designations.

“IT-Project of the Year” is a competition that is becoming ever more relevant every year, providing the widespread digitalization. The key theme of this year's competition was the Smart City/Smart Region concept.

The event was organized by the regional Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications.
