KVT Managers Annual Training
On October 23-24, the Training Center of the KVT Trading House organized an annual training for the company’s trade managers working with the RAEC members.

The representatives of the cities such as Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Bryansk came to get not only the new knowledge on the products, but also the new emotions.

The training was devoted to the two areas of the product line:
• Cable coupling sleeves and thermal shrinkage
• Tools

Over the past year, the tools product line has been significantly replenished with the new products. Their features and advantages were presented by the Head of the Customer Service Department Igor Golovnev. The author workshop held by the representative of the industry is a great way to find out the constructive structure, operational standards, and service life of the tool, which in the future will help the better consulting of the customers when selecting the necessary products.

At the end of the workshops, the participants were asked to taste a real working situation. Using one or several models, the managers told the buyer about the benefits of each particular tool.

The second day of training consisted of practical work at the plant laboratory. The head of the laboratory Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich Balashov showed all the stages of the sleeve installation and offered the managers to get involved. It is an invaluable experience and emotions which can only be obtained at the annual training. However, it is now possible to refresh one’s knowledge of thermal shrinkage at one’s workplace due to the release of a new series of videos for sleeve installation.
