RAEC 2019 February Session

The RAEC February session was held in Moscow on February 20-21. Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park was chosen as the venue.

The official part which traditionally brings together RAEC members' and partners' top management was held on the first day. Superheroes and superpowers became the main theme of the event: RAEC people, their goals and work harmonize, more than anyone else, with heroes endowed with supernatural powers.

The program started with the super-informative speeches of the guest speakers. Konstantin Borisov, founder and head of the headhunting company Support Partners, spoke that "A team is capable of more" and how to achieve great goals together.

Garrett Johnston, a well-known marketing expert, Professor of the “Synergy” business school and CEO of Microscope Consulting, revealed the world's best sales and customer service practices in the electrotechnical market.

The program was continued by a film in which the heads of the companies that became RAEC members in 2018, spoke about the developments this year has brought for them and what membership in the Association has given them.

RAEC Commercial Director Viktor Svintsov summed up the overall results of 2018 activities in a variety of aspects, while Head of the Nomenclature Center and ETIM Maya Avdonina and Head of the University of RAEC Ekaterina Izraylit did the same for their respective subdivisions. In addition, new directions of working with suppliers and development and cooperation vectors were declared.

The DISTRIBUTOR&MANUFACTURER. How to strengthen strategic partnership?" discussion, which was attended by the CEOs of the Association's suppliers and members, was a highlight of the RAEC February session. Dmitriy Nalogin (Lighting Technologies), Dmitriy Kolpashnikov (DKC), Liliya Garifullina (Schneider Electric), Dmitriy Zorin (IEK), Anton Bork (Эlevel), Oleg Nefyodov (Elcom-Electro), Aleksandr Sheyko (Eco Svet) together with moderator Vladimir Gabrielyan (Lighting Business Consulting) discussed key issues of cooperation.
