Uralenergo Colosseum of Sales

The “Colosseum of Sales” of the RAEC University continues its progress throughout the country.


The Uralenergo company adopted the experience of the University and held a “Colosseum of Sales” in Izhevsk. The flagship event took place in August, 2019 in Moscow and brought together representatives of RAEC participants and suppliers.  


Uralenergo's Coliseum of Sales was attended by 18 employees of sales departments (sales floor managers as well as sales managers of sales division).


The jury included top-managers, production, sales, project sales, and customer service leaders. Heads of subdivisions, sales departments, sales areas participated in the event as observers.


The participants exchanged experience, gained new knowledge about the product and in the field of negotiations.  


Managers noted that they had got more mindfulness in negotiating. For some of them it was a new experience, others looked at their work from a new angle.


Uralenergo plans to apply progressively this format to other branch offices.
