ESKO Lighting Technologies presented the LTHelper application
The application allows you to identify rapidly malfunctions in the lighting equipment and quickly respond to a signal.
The new application - LTHelper - allows the customer's representative to mark the lamp with a problem through his/her personal account, attach a photo or comment. The manager processes the application within a few minutes and contacts the service department, and the team goes to the facility as soon as possible with complete information about the malfunction and is ready for its prompt elimination.
LTHelper is another link in digitalization of street lighting modernization processes in Russian cities. The positive effect of digitalization has already been experienced by social objects and entire cities, where the lighting was replaced by the company Lighting Technologies ESKO - Kursk, Smolensk, Ivanovo.
First, the lighting itself is controlled by IoTechnology. Luminaires on central streets are connected to the Internet of Things, which allows each individual to be controlled from the control room, implement various dimming scenarios, eliminate accidents faster and achieve cost savings.
Secondly, an interactive map helps to monitor progress, where the stage of work on each street is displayed online. The company also opens a map mirror for citizens, so that everyone interested can keep track of which streets and how quickly the work is progressing.
And finally, the LTHelper application makes communication as easy as possible at the stage when the installation is completed and the object is presented as finished. In accordance with the terms of the energy service contract, arising malfunctions are eliminated during the equipment warranty period (up to 7 years) by the contractor's service department. The application helps you almost instantly track where help is needed and send a team there.
Alexey Anikin, General Director of ESKO Lighting Technologies: “We have closed the entire process chain - audit, lighting calculations, installation and maintenance in digital form, transferred to our own software. For us, this increases productivity, and for our customers it adds speed and convenience.”
