RAEC Conference “Own Retail”

On July 11-12, on the grounds of AVS-electro the first RAEC “Own Retail” conference was held in Voronezh.

The event was attended by representatives of 10 RAEC participants: AVS-electro, Kristall, Эlevel, Electron, Electrokomplektservis, Uralenergo, Krasnodarenergo, Aventa, Maxima, VAJAK.   

Participants prepared presentations in the following blocks:

• store (implemented formats, used standards, sales structure and dynamics, quality monitoring)

• clients and marketing (dynamics of sales by customers, examples of attraction, top 5 marketing campaigns and services)

• Personnel (features of recruitment, motivation and training) 

• online store (share and sales structure, pricing)

On the second day, the RAEC participants were provided with a tour around the stores of the AVS-electro trading network.
