Fall Session of RAEC University 2020
This traditional fall event was held in an unconventional online format on October 2.
This year's theme is Transforming the HR Function. Due to recent global changes, the exchange of best practices with external experts involved has become the session's key goal. It is experience and fresh ideas that make it possible to grow and move forward.
Over 50 participants attended the session, among them representatives of RAEC members and manufacturers, as well as invited speakers from BEST T&D Group.
Reports were themed based on a survey of RAEC's HR specialists and on the participants' needs.

- Adelya Scherbak (Head of Staff Training and Development, EKF): PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT: EFFECTIVE TOOLS FOR PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT AND AUTOMATING THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Evgeny Burdaev (Head of LLC MGK Lighting Technologies Training Center) led a discussion on GAMIFICATION: IDEAS, FORMATS, AND TOOLS.
Ekaterina Petrovskaya (Lead Methodologist at RAEC University) moderated the discussion, helping HR specialists address their topical questions to the University.
Finally, Head of RAEC University Ekaterina Izrailit summed up the current project results and determined the vectors of development in 2021.
The most active during the session were the employees of Uralenergo, AVS-Elektro, and Elektrokomplektservis.
As a result of the session, three mastermind teams will be assembled with the help of manufacturers' experts to explore the topics of HR process automation, assessment, and mentoring.
We can safely say that the event has achieved its goals. According to feedback survey results, this fall session was highly appreciated: it was rated 9 out of 10.
