Nova Roll-Stretch's power supply system reconstruction project
Uralenergo seems to have solved the problem of multimillion-dollar losses at a large industrial enterprise.
NOVAROLL is Russia's largest producer and distributor of transport and food packaging. They offer a wide range of products and high-level service to businesses in various industries.
The company addressed the problem of interrupted power supply that brought multimillion-dollar losses every year.
Uralenergo carried out a complete, "turnkey" reconstruction, which significantly enhanced the reliability of the power supply system.
Production is now round-the-clock and year-round. Any downtime means loss of profit.
Uralenergo initially allocated 6 days for reconstruction works that required a power outage. However, the staff completed their job in just 4 days.
The reconstruction of the power supply included:
· upgrade of the power supply scheme (RU-10kV). Increased system reliability.
· reconstruction of transformer substations.
· optimized power supply for process lines.
The project is a great example of how Uralenergo implements complex solutions in the field of electrical engineering, tailored for the client's needs.
