Boarders of the orphanage were shown around the production site of AVS-electro

The boarders of the Voronezh orphanage had a tour around the design and assembly unit of the AVS-electro switchboard equipment.

The organizers of this youth career guidance event are Konstantin Levitian, the head of the AVS-electro controlling department, and Dmitry Sizonov, the deputy head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Voronezh region.

The tour was led by the division's production director Sergei Dudenkov. In the assembly shop, the guys saw the assembled cabinets for complex electrical equipment, learned how the design and assembly process takes place, and also got acquainted with the tools and equipment that are used in the process. Sergey Nikolayevich spoke in detail about the work of fitters and about what knowledge and skills a real professional needs. The guys also learned about career opportunities in the design and assembly of switchboard equipment field. The meeting introduced young people and girls to the intricacies of modern professions and, of course, prompted them to think about where to go to study and how to choose a truly interesting job.
