Results of the First LBC-RAEC Index Survey Published

RAEC and Lighting Business Consulting presented the results of the first LBC-RAEC Index survey for April 2019.

At the end of April, RAEC and Lighting Business Consulting announced the launch of a joint project: the Entrepreneur Confidence Index of the electrical industry, which was dubbed the LBC-RAEC Index.

ECI is an indicator which, based on the answers obtained from companies’ CEOs regarding the data on their residual stocks, associated demand, and the forecast of further production, allows to characterize the economic activity and provide pre-emptive information on potential fluctuations of economic variables.

The first result of a survey of electrical industry entrepreneurs from almost 30 companies showed an optimistic assessment. The Index value in April is "+10" points. 

A high level of demand and an increase in plans for the production of finished products had the greatest impact on the LBC-RAEC Index.
