Winter session of RAEC University 2020

On January 31, the second Winter Session of the RAEC University took place in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the HR-divisions of the RAEC member companies: AVS-electro, KrasnodarElectro, Kristall, Maxima, Toledo, Uralenergo, FORUM ELECTRO, Big Pro, Electrocomplectservice, Elevel, Electron, Elkom-Electro.

The participants planned to work in 2020. The key task will be to improve the quality of the content of the manufacturers' knowledge base. The challenge for 2020 is to make courses that best meet the needs of managers in the sales of specific brands.

In the first part of the session, Kirill Kramar (RAEC), Sergei Medvedsky (EKS), Nikolai Glukhov (Uralenergo) held a master class on working with analytics. Participants noted that working with reports will probably become much easier for them in the future.

 

In the afternoon, HR networking took place. It was aimed at forming an HR community for solving intra-industry problems. As a result, working groups and events in the HR block were planned.
