University of RAEC Winter Session: Results

The University of RAEC Winter Session was held in Moscow on January 25. HR representatives of the Association's members and suppliers gathered for a face-to-face meeting for the first time.

The purpose of the event was to plan the work of the University as an extended team, as well as to have a refill of positive vibes and energy to achieve high results.

The participants of the meeting gave their accounts of the results of their projects in the PechaKucha format: successes in the implementation of joint activities with the University and successes within their company.

HR specialists shared their experience, which, due to the complexity of training and specific needs of the industry, is valuable and impressive.

Global work was carried out at the event: tasks were discussed, working groups were formed on the basis of interests and the assessment of internal and external resources.

The Expert Council developed approaches to the standards of electronic content and the norms for intensity for one year. A work plan for one year was formed, all the agreements reached were recorded.

Smart-session, one of the key moments of the meeting, helped to go beyond the boundaries of standard thinking and form new approaches to activities.
